Hire an english speaking driver with an air conditioned car to drive you from your hotel directly to Umm Qais visit the ruins then drive south to Ajloun castle, and after that drive to Jerash visit the ruins and back to Amman, and for each extra hour the driver charges an extra 5 JD.

2- Least convenient option.
Take a yellow taxi from the street to Amman north terminal bus station and from there take a bus directly to Irbid city from there ask for a bus going to Umm Qais village most probably you will find a shared minivan going ,and the same way go back to Irbid city ,from Irbid bus station go to Ajloun Castle this is a public bus that goes when it is full, after visiting Ajlun castle take the bus to Jerash bus station, walk five minutes to visit the ruins and head back to Amman. The price should be between 3 to 5 Jd per taxi ride, and the bus charges 1 JD per person in each one way trip.Which Bus station in Amman should i use to go to Umm-Qais or Irbid?
Please notice that Abdali Bus station is no longer working ,to go to Um-Qais go to the North terminal station as it is the biggest and have more regular busses , so you would save on some waiting time.
Why i do not know the exact time schedules and transportation fees?
The public buses does not have any time schedule in Jordan, most probably if you start your trip at 9 am there is buses and you will get there.Fees ; the fees are fixed for locals, but for tourist the bus drivers will ask for more not much usually around 1 JD/person/ride .
